Role and Responsibilities - Grasp the product vision and objectives, and consistently deliver high-quality interaction and design output combining aesthetic sensibility with analytical thinking. - Create and edit UI elements — including 2D and 3D assets and 3D models. - Continuously enhance and optimize the product design process and workflow for greater efficiency. - Use data analysis to understand user behavior and integrate those insights into UX design. - Cooperate with Developer and Quality Engineering teams to capture improvement ideas and requirements. Qualifications, Experience and Skills - Experience: Minimum 8 years in design-related work. - Business Insight: Ability to prioritize tasks and set schedules to achieve successful user experience design outcomes. - Design & Planning Skills: Capable of translating requirements into user experiences through information architecture (IA), user flows, and prototyping—while aligning with business and development feasibility. - Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, ProtoPie, and similar design tools to propose design directions and prototype key user journeys. - 3D design: Experience in creating 3D interactive models of various complexity. - Operational Capability: Ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies in product enhancement via building design systems and optimizing design workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Fluent English and Polish.
