We’re looking for a Head of Content & Growth to own our content and growth strategy end-to-end; from what we publish and where, to how we grow our audience and turn attention into lasting engagement. With the 433 app and social growth in key markets as our biggest strategic priorities, you’ll shape the content, marketing and growth strategy across our app and social channels, while setting the editorial standard and protecting the 433 brand and voice. You’ll also drive the smart use of AI, new technologies and data to make our content more relevant, scalable and impactful. About the Role As Head of Content & Growth, you will own 433’s content strategy and the growth of our channels. You’ll define what 433 publishes, where it plays and how we grow our audiences across Main, NL, WomenFC, eSports and the 433 app. The app is our biggest strategic priority. You’ll bring content, growth marketing, product and data together to drive installs, active users and retention, while continuing to grow our social audience and turn our reach into meaningful commercial value. You’ll lead the teams responsible for Social, the 433 App, Growth Marketing and Graphic Design, and work closely with the CEO, Product/Tech, Studio and Commercial teams to shape the next phase of 433.
