<p>We're looking for an ownership-driven Procurement Manager for the Procurement team at one of our Ecosystem Companies. You will find, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and globally, and use data and automation to make the supply chain faster, cheaper, and more reliable.</p>

<h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Source and negotiate with suppliers</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Find, contact, and onboard new suppliers across Europe and globally</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts for significant procurement spend (€1M+)</li>
<li>Build strong supplier relationships that support growth and reliable supply</li>
<li>Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Shape procurement strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and carry out plans for operational growth and efficiency that align with company-wide objectives</li>
<li>Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing, and adjust the strategy accordingly</li>
<li>Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Improve operations with data and automation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with Sales and Operations to solve problems and improve processes through automation and data</li>
<li>Monitor performance data and KPIs and turn them into insights for the end-to-end supply chain</li>
<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Your Profile:&nbsp;</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain contracting</li>
<li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly</li>
<li>Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset, with independent problem-solving in fast-moving environments</li>
<li>Genuine interest in technology-driven change and in how AI can reshape global supply chains</li>
<li>Fluent German and/or Italian</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written English</li>
</ul>
