Responsibilities: Build Modern Digital Workplaces:  Design and develop business applications using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript, helping organisations improve collaboration and productivity. Shape User Experiences:  Create intuitive web parts, extensions, and custom solutions that enhance employee engagement and simplify access to information across Microsoft 365 environments. Connect the Microsoft Ecosystem:  Integrate Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Entra ID, and Azure services to deliver seamless and secure business solutions. Drive Solution Quality:  Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices. Partner with Customers:  Collaborate directly with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute Beyond Projects:  Share knowledge within the Microsoft 365 community, mentor colleagues, and explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered development tools.
