Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease, including: Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floor plan, better view, etc. Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase the percentage of total lease value earned per lease. What You Will Do Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging apartment tours. Identify each prospect’s needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that best fit them. Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale. Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the leasing process and keep accurate records of prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR’s leasing systems. Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction. Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio.
