What You Will Do Lead & Develop the Maintenance Team - Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence. Deliver Exceptional Resident Service - Provide exemplary service to residents and team members, ensuring a positive experience throughout the community. Oversee Property Maintenance Operations - Manage vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, and resident service requests. Drive Community Performance - Identify maintenance and capital improvement needs and partner with management to ensure priorities are addressed. Ensure Compliance & Safety - Maintain compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and Environmental Health & Safety standards.
