We are looking for a  Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, customer service-oriented marketing team!  You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO! A bit more about what you’ll do… Supports digital storefront marketing strategies and programs of improving effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rentals Collaborate with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional team members. Enhances and ensures accurate marketing content and messaging among various digital platforms including websites, kiosks/iPads, Marketing TVs Professionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication both written and verbal Supports in creating reports, helps analyze data, and communicates findings to supervisor Researches and tests marketing concepts Helps support working with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programs Works with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projects Monitors business intelligence on industry and competition Supports in order placement and setting up programming and devices for community support Coordinates with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectives Create reports and communicate findings. Ensure campaigns are on time and on budget.
