The EV market is moving fast, and so are we. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to accelerate the expansion of Allego’s ultra-fast charging network across Sweden and Denmark. About the role As Senior Business Developer Nordics, you will lead business development activities to expand Allego’s ultra-fast charging network across Sweden and Denmark. You will originate and convert high-value opportunities, secure strategic partnerships and build a strong development pipeline to support Allego’s ambitions between 2027 and 2030. Working closely with central and local teams, you will bring market and customer insights, shape compelling commercial propositions and contribute to Allego’s European network strategy. Reporting to the Director of Network Development Europe, you will have a high degree of autonomy and will be accountable for delivering ambitious commercial and network growth targets across the Nordics. In this role, you will: Identify, qualify and convert high-potential business opportunities for ultra-fast charging locations across Sweden and Denmark. Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic accounts, partnerships and development opportunities to support long-term growth. Lead complex commercial negotiations and close agreements with landowners, retailers, fleet and mobility players, and other strategic partners. Develop tailored commercial propositions and structure scalable, profitable partnerships that accelerate network deployment. Own opportunities from origination and business case development through contract signature and handover to delivery teams, ensuring quality, prioritisation and timely execution. Develop senior-level relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, representing Allego in the Nordic market and strengthening its market presence. Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs and regulatory developments, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities.
