Translate customer feedback and ecosystem trends into product improvements and technical direction. Who You Are Databricks and Data Platform Expert
6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer within the data ecosystem. Strong Databricks Expertise
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and modern lakehouse architecture. Modern Data Stack Experience
Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
Experience with dbt is a strong plus. Customer-First Communicator
Able to translate complex architectures into clear, impactful narratives for technical and business audiences. Builder Mindset
Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments. Bonus: Startup or High-Growth Experience
