Field Project Manager, Construction Operations

The Field Project Manager, Construction Operations position at Altisource in Sacramento, us is a full-time role. What You’ll Do As a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations , you’ll spearhead Renovation Management efforts across key markets in Northern California and Western U.S. In this role, you will: Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching— be the face of Altisource in your region. Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and “clean, safe & functional” standards. Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies. Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment. Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs.
