WHAT YOU WILL DO - Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide. - Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of €1M+ procurement spend. - Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply. - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives. - Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve operational processes that leverage automation and data. - Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. - Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures, and adjust strategy accordingly. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies. - Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns. WHO YOU ARE - You are experienced in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting, and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment. - You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision. - You bring a hands-on mentality — you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings. - You are motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains. - German or/and Italian fluently and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
