What You’ll Do Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings Compensation & Earning Potential $19/hour base pay to start Performance-based commission (uncapped) $78K target total compensation for productive agents Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually Weekly pay and clear performance expectations This is a merit-based role: the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.
