You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing strategic talent advice, market insights, and an exceptional candidate experience. Experience recruiting within the mining, resources, or related industries will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Conduct intake meetings, market mapping, sourcing and talent pipelining activities Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against role requirements Coordinate and conduct interviews  Provide market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders Prepare offers and support remuneration and onboarding processes Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment legislation Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within recruitment systems
