You will gather process data, conduct baseline analysis, maintain process documentation libraries, and help track the KPIs that show whether change is working. The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed. Through governance, design, and change enablement, the team drives operational excellence and sustained business value.
