In this key role, you will take ownership of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality products Key Responsibilities: Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Quality & Precision Control: Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures. Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools. Process Optimization: Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework. Material & Records Management: Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain accurate production logs. Teamwork & Safety: Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.
