In this role, you will take ownership of your machinery, set up and run flexographic printing presses, and perform hands-on troubleshooting to ensure zero-defect production. What You’ll Do Machine Operation & Setup: Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains/rollers, and perform precise setups for high-quality production runs. Quality Assurance: Interpret order specifications and use overlay gauges or shop scales to maintain close tolerances and strict quality standards.
