In this role, you will execute precise setups, operate multiple presses, and utilize your technical curiosity to investigate equipment malfunctions down to their root cause, ensuring high-quality, zero-defect output. Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup: Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains/rollers, load supply rolls, and process setups for precise production runs. Deliver High-Quality Work: Interpret order specifications, monitor close tolerances using overlay gauges, and inspect tools to ensure strict quality standards. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate equipment abnormalities to find the root cause of failures and perform proactive preventative maintenance. Collaboration & Safety: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 90001 work instructions, and Operator Process Verification (OPV). Partner across teams to reach site goals. Data Entry: Use basic computer literacy skills to accurately report finished production and complete related documentation.
