Shift & Pay: Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday (11:45 PM – 8:00 AM) Pay: $31.94/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential&xa0; What You'll Do: Hands-On Leadership: Split time between operating production machinery and supporting daily administrative and shift handoff tasks. Process & Safety: Drive root-cause problem solving using ELS/Continuous Improvement tools to keep operations safe, lean, and efficient.
