What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Operate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools. Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct material inspections, verify product specifications, and maintain detailed quality logs. Problem Solve: Participate in root-cause analysis to address quality issues and suggest process enhancements. Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards are met. Cross-Train: Actively learn multiple technical functions and fill operational gaps as production priorities shift.
