We are looking for a motivated and highly driven new member as Sales Manager Intelligent Labels to join our team in the Avery Dennison Intelligent Labels Sales Team to boost RFID adoption across industries. In this position, you will work independently, either working from home or traveling to existing and new customers in the Eastern Europe region. Key Responsibilities This is a remote/hybrid position where you will work independently from home and travel to existing and new customers in your region. Grow and develop sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across East Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria). Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID product portfolio, applying technical knowledge of RFID transponders and their use cases. Proactively build a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both new prospects and re-activating previous customers. Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region while maintaining integrity to focus on the most rewarding requests and customers. Develop a sound understanding of the competitive landscape, continuously assessing trends, managing forecasts, and tracking activities in SalesForce.
