As a Google Ads (PPC) Consultant, you will be an essential part of driving tangible digital results - whether for a tech startup or a well-established, international corporation with ambitious growth targets. You will be given responsibility early on and will be backed by a strong team of specialists who will help you get off to a great start and quickly make an impact on our clients' performance. Your daily routine will revolve around data, optimization, and business goals. Hands-on Execution: You will work hands-on with performance marketing across platforms like Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, and Display. Your task is to ensure our clients get maximum value out of their advertising budgets. Deep Dives & Optimization: You will dive into everything from campaign structures and bidding strategies to conversion tracking and continuous optimization—always keeping a strict focus on performance and measurable results. Client Strategy & Dialogue: From day one, you will be an active participant in client communications. You will regularly meet with both new and existing clients to understand their business, map out growth potential, and adjust strategies based on data and actual results. It is you who digs into the numbers, asks the right questions, and ensures we hit our targets. It is all about thinking analytically, understanding the client's business, and utilizing your expertise to create a real impact. This might not be the most traditional job description - because we aren't necessarily looking for someone who knows everything from day one. However, we expect you to have 1-2 years of experience with PPC, Google Ads, or performance marketing, and to have built a solid foundation in paid search - ideally with specific knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, or Display. The most important thing for us, however, is something else: your motivation, your drive, and your desire to develop. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your tasks, and are motivated by generating strong results for clients. Client & Analytical Focus: We get especially excited when we meet a candidate who is analytically sharp, articulate, and enjoys client contact. You should want to be close to the clients, be able to translate data and insights into concrete recommendations, and thrive in a role where relationships and consulting go hand in hand with performance and execution. Curiosity for AI: At the same time, we would love to see an interest in AI and automation, perhaps having already experimented a bit with how new tools, scripts, or AI-driven solutions can be utilized in your marketing workflow. It is not a requirement that you are a specialist—but it is important that you are curious about how new tools and technologies can improve quality, efficiency, and results.
