As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as:  Management & Research Officer As a Management & Research Officer, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on banking industry, drafting key reports, promoting the work related to integrated development and intensive operation, organizing and coordinating key management meetings and events. Main Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Conduct research and analysis on banking industry, new regulations and peer institutions Draft bilingual Chinese - English analytical reports and key management reports or materials Support to promote the work related to integrated development and intensive operation in the process of regional management, organize and coordinate, research and resolve issues related to cross-institution, cross-department, and cross-business lines Organize and coordinate key management meetings and events of the bank, including agenda preparation, meeting support, and follow-up actions. Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
