Purpose of Job: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Databricks Web Applications to lead the design, development, and operation of secure, scalable, and user-focused applications built with Python, Fast API, React, and the Databricks platform. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across React and TypeScript frontend development, FastAPI-based backend services, Databricks Lakehouse integration, and production operations. You will guide architecture and quality standards, mentor developers, and partner with product, design, data, and analytics stakeholders to deliver reliable enterprise applications from concept through production.
