We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants and their families in Arizona. We have officially opened our first center and are looking for passionate and dedicated RBTs to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and beyond. Position Summary: Join our passionate team dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our brand-new clinic, you’ll work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by our amazing BCBAs to help them achieve their fullest potential. In this full-time role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support children in a structured, clinic-based environment, collaborating closely with a team of experienced BCBAs and clinical supervisors who are invested in your growth. We’re looking for dedicated RBTs who are excited to bring energy, compassion, and commitment to our new center, where you can make a meaningful difference every day!
