This is a client-facing consulting role focused on:

  • System optimization
  • Configuration and setup

Process payroll and also helped implement or configure systems

Led HRIS or payroll system transitions

Supported Paycor or Workday as a system owner or power user

Worked in construction, manufacturing, or other complex payroll environments The ideal candidate has both payroll processing experience and system implementation/configuration experience — but strong experience in either is welcome. Work Arrangement:

Fully remote with occasional video meetings

No daily commute — work from wherever you do your best work Why BPM?

Our people are the heart of our success. We foster a collaborative, supportive consulting environment where professionals can do meaningful work while maintaining balance and flexibility.
