Build, run, and improve backend services and microservices that serve tens of millions of users. Own features end to end — design, implementation, rollout, and production ownership of what you ship. Take part in design reviews: propose a design, explain your trade-offs, and take feedback on both. Build features on top of LLMs where they genuinely fit the problem — and say so when they do not. Improve the reliability and performance of the services you own, and pay down tech debt as you go. Raise code quality around you through reviews, tests, and shared libraries and tooling.
