Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies Assist the team in identifying and analyzing potential M&A and partnership opportunities, including target screening, company research and valuation Support due diligence, post-merger integration and partnership initiatives as they arise, including coordinating information requests across teams and advisors Update the Group’s 5-year investor-facing financial model and build scenario analyses for M&A and strategic initiatives Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports and presentations, including financial statements, KPI packs and budget versus actual commentary Reconcile financial and operating data across management accounts, statutory accounts and KPI trackers, working closely with Finance and business unit teams...
