This role is ideal for someone who enjoys luxury fashion, is comfortable speaking on camera, and can create an engaging shopping experience for viewers. Job Scope Host livestream sessions to showcase luxury products, including bags, accessories, and other curated items. Present products confidently with accurate details on brand, model, condition, pricing, promotions, and key selling points. Engage viewers during livestreams by answering questions, creating excitement, and encouraging purchase conversion. Work closely with the Sales and Merchandising teams to prepare product line-ups, talking points, pricing details, and campaign mechanics. Support product storytelling by highlighting craftsmanship, styling ideas, rarity, value, and suitability for different customer needs. Provide a professional and trustworthy shopping experience that reflects Carousell Luxury’s brand standards. Assist customers with product enquiries before, during, and after livestream sessions. Assist with short-form content or social commerce activities to support livestream promotion when required.
