You won't inherit a 200-page manual. You'll write it. What you'll do Own the results : drive sales, trade-ins and profitability across every store and booth island-wide. Build the team : hire, train and lead sales staff that customers trust. Run the floor : handle stock, standards and daily operations so every touchpoint runs like clockwork. Design the system : turn what works into playbooks that can scale to more stores and booths. Shape strategy : work directly with the GM and analytics team to turn data into action on the ground.
