We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to help promote Laku6's smartphone trade-in service at selected CelcomDigi stores. Job Responsibilities Approach and engage walk-in customers at CelcomDigi stores. Introduce and explain Laku6's smartphone trade-in service. Encourage customers to sell their old smartphones (iPhone or Android) through the Laku6 platform. Assist customers with basic trade-in inquiries and guide them through the process. Collect and submit customer leads according to the event requirements. Work closely with the event team and store personnel throughout the campaign. Working Locations (2 person/store) CelcomDigi Store @ TTDI CelcomDigi Store @ Pavilion CelcomDigi Store @ SS2 CelcomDigi Store @ Kajang Placement will be arranged based on your residential location whenever possible. Working Schedule 6 working days per week 6 hours per shift Shift Options: Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Compensation RM10 per hour, RM60 per day
