We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our larger customers, that have custom and complex needs, to successfully evaluate Caseware solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with accounting firms and organizations as they navigate critical decisions around technology modernization.
By taking a consultative approach, you will be their partner to understand their technology ecosystem and needs, and help develop an appropriate product offering and implementation pathway that achieves their objectives. You will also liaise with team members in product, account management, training and professional services to help ensure customer needs are addressed on a timely basis, and professionally. This role supports customers and internal stakeholders across North America and may require availability to accommodate meetings across Eastern Time (ET) to Pacific Time (PT) business hours, with notice, to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
