IT Support Senior Staff

The IT Support Senior Staff position at Cermati.com in Jakarta, id is a contract role. Help and make sure company's IT operations are running smoothly. Support and maintain office network and internet connection to provider. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, e.g research which software to install, printer problems, laptop problems, internet problems, etc. Create daily reports related to the connectivity & resources monitoring in the placement Office. Setup PCs and Laptops, and help research which items for the company to procure. Prepare & Proceed the IT Peripheral handover to/from the employee in the onboarding & offboarding Process.
