Senior Protocol Engineer Role summary Owns significant workstreams within the smart-contract release train (TD Coin, Settlement Orchestrator, Fiat Relay, Fusion Root, Orchestrator Factory) and contributes to maintaining the Fusion-specific upstream diff against Optimism, guiding Protocol Engineers through implementation. Key responsibilities Design and build components within the smart-contract release train. Contribute to maintaining and testing the Fusion-specific upstream diff against Optimism. Guide Protocol Engineers through implementation and review their work. Carry the on-call escalation rotation and join incident bridges for protocol-behavior issues. Support external audit preparation and remediation for assigned components.
