We're looking for a Operations Associate to run the day-to-day at our dedicated clients sites in Eindhoven. You'll be the person on the ground making sure operations run smoothly, standards are met, and the client's team knows exactly how to work with our system. It's a role built on ownership: you're the face of Circus on-site, responsible for keeping the operation reliable, well-organized, and running to spec. A technical mindset helps — you'll pick up first-line troubleshooting as part of the job. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success to keep the site running smoothly and to feed learnings back into how we support future deployments. We'll train you on the CA-1 platform; you bring the reliability, communication skills, and drive to own a site independently. Own day-to-day operations at our Eindhoven client site, keeping production, quality, and hygiene standards on point Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site, building a trusted, professional relationship Train and coach client staff on daily operations, handling, and routines so they can confidently run the system themselves Manage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard Handle first-line troubleshooting on the CA-1 system, escalating technical issues to remote support when needed Keep the site organized and audit-ready, following Circus's operating procedures Log recurring issues or training gaps and feed them back to the team to improve the client experience and our processes
