WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution - Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience - Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority - Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately - Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance - Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown) - Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state - 1–2 years of adjusting experience - Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently - A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone - Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work - Comfortable using data to make decisions - Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious - Startup or high-growth experience is a plus WHY JOIN US This is a chance to grow faster than you would at a traditional insurer or claims business.
