The Career opportunities you will have: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be a technical and business leader who will help shape the future of our Boise office. The right individual will work closely with the electrical department and other engineering disciplines, establish and strengthen client relationships, support business development initiatives, identify project opportunities, and contribute to Coffman's marketing efforts and expanding client base. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to help guide the office's strategic direction, foster a strong office culture, and work both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams. This individual will perform the following functions: Lead multidisciplinary project teams to successfully deliver electrical engineering projects. Conduct site visits to gather and verify existing electrical system information. Collaborate with owners, clients, and design partners to develop coordinated design solutions. Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for electrical engineering designs. Guide teams through complex design decisions and technical challenges. Mentor and develop engineers and designers. Prepare fee-based and qualifications-based proposals.
