5–8 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies, with at least 2 years in a marketing specialist role.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, or revenue generation.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve work efficiency. - Familiarity with managing multi-brand or multi-audience product portfolios and basic understanding of conversion funnels.
