Partner Success Recruiter

The Partner Success Recruiter position at Companial in Hamburg, Germany is a full-time hybrid/remote role. About the position We are looking for a Partner Success Manager Recruit DACH with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience working within a partner ecosystem. Your main focus is new business and partner recruitment. You identify Microsoft Dynamics partners that are not yet working with Companial, open the conversation, understand their business and turn relevant opportunities into new Companial partnerships. You know the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and understand how Microsoft partners operate, where their challenges lie and what drives their business. This enables you to have credible conversations and identify where Companial can add value. Although this is a commercially focused role, it is not about transactional selling.
