Our team sits within Engineering and builds Conveo’s automated revenue engine. You’ll work directly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with no product managers between you and your users. You’ll own features and entire products end to end, from spotting an opportunity to shipping working software. Reporting to the team lead, you’ll drive product and technical decisions, including when to build and when to buy, and put the latest AI capabilities to work. Brands including Unilever, Google, and Canva use our platform. We’re building an AI-first company and applying that same approach to our own growth. We’re building an increasingly autonomous revenue engine that identifies the right prospects, understands the people within each account, creates relevant outreach and content, and moves opportunities forward. Every conversation, campaign, and customer interaction adds context that makes the next action smarter. Success means building an engine that finds more opportunities, turns them into revenue faster, and gets smarter with every interaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Find and solve the biggest bottlenecks in Conveo’s revenue engine. Work directly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to understand where progress gets stuck and where software could make the biggest difference. Shape what we build, ship solutions end to end, and use feedback and results to decide what to improve next. - Build the data foundations that make people and agents effective. Connect account data, customer conversations, product usage, and commercial activity into a shared knowledge layer. Design the pipelines, integrations, and APIs that give people and agents reliable context to reason, make decisions, and take action. - Build the harness that powers our agents. Create the tools, context, permissions, and feedback loops that support both agents used by colleagues and agents running autonomously. Enable them to research, reason, and act, with evaluations, human oversight, and failure recovery that make them dependable. - Build the workflows that drive our revenue engine. Combine data, agents, and business logic to discover and rank prospects, generate personalized outreach, move deals forward, and support renewals and expansion. Connect workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success so the right actions happen at the right time and opportunities don’t fall through the cracks. - Build the interfaces that put people in control. Help colleagues interact with the revenue engine through Slack, agents, Claude, and our internal app, Super G. Design ways to ask questions, act on insights, steer agents, and review their work. Work directly with users to make complex capabilities intuitive and useful in their everyday work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 5+ years of software engineering experience, including working directly with customers to identify opportunities and deliver features end to end. - Strong affinity with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Experience working in these functions is a plus. - Strong full-stack skills across APIs, databases, background jobs, integrations, and usable interfaces. - Hands-on experience building with LLMs and using AI coding tools. - Product judgment: you can turn an ambiguous user problem into a focused solution people use. - Clear communication in English and the ability to work independently within a small team. Experience with commercial workflows, CRM integrations, data pipelines, or production AI agents is a plus.
