Job Description

CourtAvenue is a company of industry experts accelerating digital transformation for the world’s most ambitious companies. At CourtAvenue, you will be a part of a culture powered by entrepreneurs, technologists, data scientists and the habitually restless dedicated and energized to design products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a culture that values innovation while focusing on redesigning the experience between consumer and service (or product) by leveraging a fluid, seamless, and thoroughly transparent engagement. In 2026, CourtAvenue launched a dedicated MarTech practice, bringing enterprise platform strategy, systems integration, and digital experience delivery under one roof. Our MarTech team works at the intersection of the CMO and CTO, designing and implementing platform ecosystems across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful (now part of Salesforce), Optimizely, and emerging composable stacks. This is not custom development for its own sake: it is disciplined, standards-driven platform delivery that earns trust with client IT and marketing leadership alike.

In the MarTech practice, the Business Analyst works at the intersection of marketing, technology, and client operations. This means translating requirements across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful, and Optimizely engagements, bridging client stakeholders, creative teams, and platform engineers so everyone is working from the same understanding. You need to know how platforms store and deliver content, what integration looks like at the workflow level, and how to document requirements that a technical team can act on without re-interpretation.
