Nice-to-Haves - Switchboards, panelboards, transfer equipment, PCS skids, or packaged power systems. - UL 891, UL 1558, NEMA 250, NFPA 70, UL 9540, or NFPA 855. - Sheet metal, weldments, machining, sealing, lifting, or thermal design. - SolidWorks or Onshape, hand calculations, and tolerance stacks. Work Authorization Critical Loop does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Please do not apply for this role if at any time (now or in the future) you will need immigration support (i.e H-1B, TN, STEM OPT training plans etc.). At Critical Loop, we're committed to rewarding and supporting our team. Our benefits package includes equity ownership through stock options, giving you a stake in our success, along with comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) through an HRA with a generous allowance. We also provide a retirement savings plan and unlimited paid time off so you can recharge and maintain work-life balance. Critical Loop is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse team and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
