You will lead merchandising for OG’s surface - deciding what’s featured, how it’s packaged, and how it evolves in real time. You bring the instincts of someone deeply in tune with sports, politics, and real-world events, paired with fluency in how a prediction market trades, to make OG’s surface feel current and alive at every moment. You will operate with autonomy - proposing and making the calls on what’s featured, how it’s packaged, and what comes off the board - while working closely with Product and Market Liquidity and Operations to keep the surface moving as fast as the moment does.
