In this role, you will engage with individuals in the local market whose automotive leases are approaching expiration. By initiating timely, informed outreach, you will position our organization as a trusted partner and create qualified opportunities for our sales team. This position plays a critical role in enhancing our market presence and driving incremental revenue through targeted engagement. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with upcoming lease expirations
- Professionally introduce company offerings and value proposition
- Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for the sales team
- Accurately document interactions and maintain organized records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call activity and appointment targets
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve results Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in BDC, Internet Sales, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relations preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company effectively
