Deciphera is seeking an Executive Director, Global Supply Chain to lead our global clinical and commercial supply chain organization.  You'll be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply across our portfolio, guiding critical supply decisions, leading a high-performing team, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Deciphera and ONO.  This role is ideal for a seasoned biotech supply chain leader with deep clinical supply expertise, commercial launch experience, and the ability to step into a highly visible leadership role with immediate impact.  What You'll Do  Lead Deciphera's global clinical and commercial supply chain strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.  Ensure uninterrupted supply across clinical studies, commercial operations, and future product launches.  Member of the leadership team, this includes budgeting, forecasting and S&OP  Partner with Technical Operations, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and ONO colleagues to drive critical supply decisions and manage risk.  Lead and develop a high-performing global supply chain organization.  Oversee key external manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and distribution partners.  Guide inventory, capacity, demand planning, and supply continuity strategies in support of business objectives.
