THE JOURNEY Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth, increase sales, and strengthen Glovo’s market presence. Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives. Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume, product sales, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency. Drive data-backed decision-making —investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements. Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovo’s position in key areas, ensuring partner success and market share growth. Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pitching success rates, and overall team productivity. Engage with partners proactively —call restaurants, pitch opportunities, and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.
