What you will do Managing the client portfolio as allocated. Ensuring preparation of proposals and engagement letters, ensuring client take on procedures are completed timely. Working with the Partner and the other GES Managers, be the lead driver of relocation services. Managing the team to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met. Managing working capital and debtors for client portfolio. Effectively managing all routine compliance and advisory engagements in a timely manner. Drive business development aimed at growing the GES portfolio and revenues. Managing and executing all global compliance assignments. Managing client communication. Training and coaching (classroom and on job) the junior staff. And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
