In this role, you will make an impact by: Designing and implementing strategic change initiatives that support successful ERP and other technology transformation programs. Conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness activities to help clients prepare for and adopt new processes and technologies. Developing and delivering communication, engagement, and training initiatives that drive employee adoption and business readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle. Supporting program leaders and business stakeholders in navigating organizational change and realizing the expected benefits of ERP implementations. Leveraging data-driven insights and adoption metrics to identify risks, inform decision-making, and drive successful change outcomes.
