Workforce Development Analyst

The Workforce Development Analyst position at Delta Solutions & Strategies in Washington, DC is a full time - exempt role. This position will support the recruitment, management, and professional development of the Department of the Air Force Treaty Compliance Officer workforce. The individual will track arms control billets, review manpower documentation, monitor billet fill and training completion rates, and coordinate workforce initiatives with Headquarters Air Force, Major Commands, and AF/A1.
