We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our Toronto studio. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people and performance-driven environment and is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will partner closely with business leaders, coaches, employees and Studio Partner to support DIALOG's continued success as a leading design practice. You will develop a deep understanding of our business, strategic priorities, and drivers of success while serving as a trusted advisor on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in enabling a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace by helping unlock the potential, creativity, and passion of our people. Working as part of a collaborative, geographically distributed People & Culture team, you will lead strategic talent initiatives for designated client groups while serving as the primary People & Culture partner for the Toronto studio. Success in this role requires a strong combination of business partnership expertise, talent management experience, and a genuine passion for building culture and fostering employee engagement.
