You’ll design static ads, carousels, story formats, branding elements, and visual concepts that help our growth clients shine across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond . You’ll collaborate closely with our video editors, creative strategists, and performance marketers to craft visuals that stop the scroll, tell a story, and scale fast . Your Profile ✅ 3+ years of experience in graphic design (mid-level or senior), ideally in an agency or a fast-paced creative team. ✅ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) — plus confidence working in Canva and Figma. ✅ Strong design fundamentals and an understanding of layouts optimized for performance marketing. ✅ Ability to translate creative briefs into powerful visual concepts that drive results. ✅ You’re fast, detail-oriented, and organized — able to juggle multiple projects without losing quality. ✅ You love collaboration , sharing ideas, and bringing creative energy into the room. ✅ Fluent in English (German is a plus). ✨ Bonus points for: Experience with motion graphics, AI-assisted design workflows , or UGC-style visual layouts .
